Nan Tien Institute
The Nan Tien Institute Wollongong Campus is a tertiary educational facility, multicultural art gallery and museum located in Unanderra, Australia. Situated opposite the Nan Tien Temple, the southern hemisphere's largest Buddhist temple, NTI was built as a contemporary learning environment, fostering holistic education, community interaction and cultural exchange.
The building design was inspired by the lotus flower and is defined by four distinct pods, linked by bridges, surrounding an inviting public space in between and offering breathtaking views of the temple.
Facilities at NTI can be hired and are assessed on a per-case basis. Facilities are suitable for corporate events, professional seminars, educational activities and community functions.
